So...I was filling out the supplemental application for USC, and I came across the section for the official exam scores. It had this huge section for the GRE, which I wasn't really expecting. I also searched for GRE on the USC website, and came across a statement that said the selection committee will make their decisions for pharmacy based partially on the GRE. Is this true? Does USC really require the GRE for admission? It is not listed in their admission requirements.

USC does not required GRE or PCAT. When I filled mine out, I left those questions blank as they were not applicable to me. 🙂

Thanks guys! I just wanted to make sure so I wouldn't waste any more time freaking out. 🙂

Any other schools out there that will not require PCAT or GRE?

None of the California schools require the PCAT. There are others, but I can't remember off the top of my head where they are. I would browse the directory on Pharmcas for that info.

Graduate entrance exams are only for PhD and/or dual degree programs where the other program is a gradute level course. PharmD/MBA, PharmD/PhD, PharmD/JD, etc. The section on the supplemental is there for the PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and other PhD programs sponsored by the school of pharmacy.
