Any news? How did the interviews go? What were they like? Thanks =)=)
USC Interviews Nov 3rd and 5th

had mine on 3rd.
it was decent but not the greatest interview process.
interview seems very unorganized, Brian or whoever wasn't there, and lady who was in charge was nice but didn't know too much statistics about the school (I guess that's why Brian should've been there to help us out. Noone was able to find out Board scores, etc.)
Financial aid presentation was canceled and we were just given powerpoint printout to take home. Considering this is one of the most expensive schools in nation, i believe financial aid presentation from the department would have been very helpful.
School itself has a great reputation within and outside of dental field but interview itself was not as nice / organized as other schools i have been to. (although there was post in SDN with negative things about the school, all the dentists I have worked for and talked to told me to go there if I can b/c of its great reputation. I don't believe everything i hear on SDN, especially by 1 or 2 students who are unhappy b/c they are not doing well)
As far as my performance goes, it's reallly hard to tell. There were few students who were very dominant during the mock PBL and I'm not sure if that's what they were looking for or not. Everyone else in my group seems to perform pretty well (except for one guy who didn't talk AT ALL. I could tell he really didn't enjoy his experience there at all) and everyone got a chance to read / write on the board. So I'm not sure how they actually graded you.
There were 24 people total in each interview day and you divide into 3 groups.

I interviewed there on the 3rd as well. My group/PBL interview experience was amazing. Everyone participated and we had a great group dynamic. However, this makes me very curious as to how they could grade each individual.
