USC Keck Interview Question

I just received an interview invite to Keck. The thing is, I live in West Virginia, so flying to California for an interview is a big endeavor. Obviously I knew this before I applied, but as of now there are only 3 days, all at the end of September, available for interviews and Keck only gives you 5 days from the time you receive the invite to schedule the interview. Will more days be added within the next 5 days, or do I really have to choose one of the 3 days currently available?

Pick the one with the cheapest flight prices if you have no other commitments. More days will likely not be added.

I got an interview invite from Keck also last week. On the first day I checked, there were interview dates in the middle of sept but when I checked three days later, those were gone and the last week (that you are seeing) opened. I think that they open more weeks as spots fill, so I would call them and ask if there are any more times you can anticipate and if its ok if you wait past the 5 days then.

@gonnif I called them and asked. They said more dates should become available, but if not I can call them on the 5th day and ask for an extension. Thanks for the advice. You can delete this thread if you'd like.

Consider driving to Cincy, Pitt or DC for a cheaper ticket.
