Hey guys I just got a letter saying my application has completed preliminary review and has proceeded to the next and most critical level of review. Ok so how long does this process take (for them to respond again) and have any of you also recieved this letter? Thanks.

I got a letter from USC about a week ago saying that I didn't make the first round of interviews and that my application is still a top priority, but that they will re-review it for 2nd round interviews. I'm not happy nor sad about this. Did anyone else get this letter? More waiting...🙁

Mine said the same thing as teefrcool's letter...I guess yours is different so I guess we'll see when we all get the reject or interview letter...

not to burst your bubble, but everyone receives that letter. good and bad applicants. it's a general letter sent to everyone. that's why usc is frustrating, they kinda string you along with their nice letters. it doesn't mean anything until you receive a letter that says, "you're invited to an interview."

Hey yellowstone...LOL.. You didn't tell me you got that interview. Congrats there..I know you've been waiting for that one. I hope I get one but I got that complete letter a while back and just got the letter that they my application is going into a critical review..LOL..take care and congrats!!
