USC Supplemental Application Due Date?

It is completely my fault and I forgot about their supplemental application!!
I went to USC website and it says the PTCAS application deadline is Dec 1st, but doesn't say anything about the supplemental application due date.
DID I MISS IT?
I called the school but it is closed for the holidays...
