USC Waiving Prereqs?

for the USC Pre-reqs it has

English Composition 1 year ** Philosophy, History, or Fine Arts 1 year **

** This requirement will be waived once a baccalaureate degree is received from an accredited college or university.


I was wondering beause im a senior and have no place for the 1 year of philosophy etc, so when i get my BSc. in May 2011 will they waive the requirement for it?
