USMLE Free 150..accurate?

this might have been answered before, but how accurate are the practice questions on the usmle website in regards to difficulty compared to the actual exam? i know that uworld is a bit more challenging in that they have a lot more third order questions and many people have said that the real exam is similar to uworld than anything else. but is the free 150 comparable on any level with the real thing?

also, they have videos, which i've never seen on any nbme or uworld question. are there videos on the real exam?

i only have a week left so i'm just tryin to prep myself for the exam..thanks for your help in advance!

those questions are far too easy compared to even the NBMEs.

Yea I wayyyy too easy

Went from a UWSA#2 score of 224 to a practice exam score of 249 in 3 days

One friend likes to joke that it's a good predictor of the future. Lets hope
