I'm pretty sure this question has been posted, but I can't find the threads on it.... I am applying only to AOA residencies. My question is whether or not I need to put in my USMLE ID on ERAS if I'm only applying to AOA?

I understand that I don't have to release my USMLE scores to AOA programs, but my question specifically is whether or not I have to still put in my ID even though I'm not going to request the transcripts? Thank you for all the help!

You don't have to enter the ID unless you want to release your USMLE scores. The only purpose of entering the ID is so that your USMLE transcript can be requested. If you are only applying AOA it is not necessary to enter the ID. If you aren't planning on releasing the scores then leave it out.
