USMLE Pharmacology: FA + ??

Okay, since there's been some disagreement about FA's pharmacology and how 'complete' it is, I was wondering what people have done in the past for pharm. From what i've heard, FA is all you need for pharm, but are there specific topics (i.e., antineoplastics, HIV drugs) that you should study outside of FA? Post 'em here!! Thanks!
