USMLE Road Map: Pharm by Katzung & Trevor

Does anyone have any experience with this book? Our past MSIIs have recommended it as a review for the comprehensive final and for boards. Would it be useful for this purpose? Helpful to follow along with course notes?

I used it for class and though it was great. It explains things really well and points out high yield stuff; it also has end of chapter questions. I'm planning to use it to review for the boards, but I don't know yet, it might be too detailed.

Great book, but too wordy to be thought of as "high yield."

agreed with the above. I got it from a friend, opened and closed it again. I think FA is fairly sufficient. but then again, I dont know what you are aiming for and how much time you got.
