usmle step 1 scores

I am just curiously about the scoring system for step 1. What approx. percentile does one have to score correctly to get around the mean? What about the percentile for getting 2 std above the mean? Also does anyone have opinion on how well the review test questions (percent questions right etc) translate into the real test. Thanks
