So.. how bogus/inflated is a USMLErx prediction of a 260? Should I just assume this is 260 - 15/20 = 240-245?

My last NBME (13) was exactly 2 weeks ago, I got 242 on that. Since then I've been doing lots of Rx (~3000 qs) and reviewing weak topics (biostats/biochem). I've only got UWSA2 and nbme 7 left, and almost exactly 2 weeks till I take step.

Also.. Any advice for the last 14 days? a second blast thru uworld? FA? Looking to break a 250.

The USMLE Rx predicted score is definitely bogus. Just look at your % compared to the average, calculate the SD, then figure that that over-predicts 5-10 points because most people who use Rx are early-on in their prep.

I'm glad to see you blasted through Rx though. Definitely an intelligent decision on your end.

Yeah USMLErx was awesome, it really drills FA into you're head. The only semi-annoying thing was I saw some similar questions/topics repeated like 3-5 times. But overall, extremely happy I ran through it.. will probably spend next 2-3 days going over the incorrects.

Any thoughts on how to spend the last 2 weeks leading up to the exam? I am in a half mind to go thru uworld again, while reviewing from FA at the same time.

The final two weeks should be minimum 12-hr days (except for the last day). I would make sure you get a bare minimum 8 hours of FA per day in, and then use the remaining 4/day at your discretion, whether that be UWorld or more FA. I would actually rate it as very important to get through UWorld again, so squeeze it in at the end of your days. The reason I say the end is because, while you're more awake and fresh, that's when you need to be memorizing FA. When you're tired, you're not going to be remembering a whole lot. But if you get used to doing questions tired, it'll get you ready for the exam day. Also, if you haven't finished the NBMEs, get those over and done with as well.
