I think the advice is going to be similar for pretty much every med student going into clerkships: be professional (on time, polite, and respectful) and be engaged (even if it is a rotation you aren't interested in). Step up and try to be useful when you can. Residents and attendings appreciate anything you can take off their plate.

I wouldn't try to actively gossip about stuff like the link above, but if the residents or attendings bring it up you can of course ask questions.
 
GREAT gym at Nellis. If you like to gamble its an awesome site. If you like outdoor stuff (hiking, rock climbing) it's an awesome site

San antonio is an excellent experience for a med student. Up there with the best you'll get at any site. The high level stuff won't impact you. Fun city as well as strong education
