has any one applied to UTHSCSA .I read that they ask for official school transcript in sealed envelop .is this the way people sent .do the dental schools in India give one more official transcript .

Ive not applied yet but read the rule on their site.
if they are asking for it that way it must be so...
Dental scools in India will issue another copy on application and fee payment. ( atleast in Mumbai region)
