Anyone have any thoughts about how this program compares with others? Specifically, how does it stack up against UCSF, Stanford, UCLA, and UCSD?

UW is one of the strongest programs on the west coast, especially if you're interested in primary care. It's probably less competitive than the California programs you listed because of the geography. But Seattle is no slouch of a city either.
