UWorld 180 days

So if I buy a UWorld subscription for 180 days starting from july 1st, when will my subscription end?
What I mean to ask is do they count 180 days exactly, that way it will end by dec 27? (you know, because of the 4 extra "31st" days during these months).
Or do they count it as a 6 months subscription, that way it will end by dec 31?
