MHC II on T-helper cells? What did I miss? Am I just really tired/hungry right now?
I saw that too...and I don't believe it!
how exactly did they word it? I remember thinking that they were referring to the TCR.I based my answer on the fact that the cells had MHC II...I said, "It can't be T cells." I guess I'll send them some feedback.
they say the cell expresses "MHC class II antigen." that sounds more like the T cell receptor (the antigen) that binds MHC II?
or maybe it really is a mistake...there's no way T cells express MHC II.

I don't know what all I'm allowed to post.
Basically, it's a question asking about acute rejection and it says the cells involved are "abundant mononuclear cells expressing MHC class II and IL-2 receptors."
In the answer explanation, it says that the "mononuclear cells expressing MHC class II antigen and IL-2 receptors are CD4+ (T-helper) lymphocytes."
