MHC II on T-helper cells? What did I miss? Am I just really tired/hungry right now?

they say the cell expresses "MHC class II antigen." that sounds more like the T cell receptor (the antigen) that binds MHC II?
or maybe it really is a mistake...there's no way T cells express MHC II.

isn't the 'MHC II antigen' what the MHC II is presenting? I think it's a mistake also.

how exactly did they word it? I remember thinking that they were referring to the TCR.

I don't know what all I'm allowed to post.

Basically, it's a question asking about acute rejection and it says the cells involved are "abundant mononuclear cells expressing MHC class II and IL-2 receptors."

In the answer explanation, it says that the "mononuclear cells expressing MHC class II antigen and IL-2 receptors are CD4+ (T-helper) lymphocytes."

I think "receptors" is referring to both receptors for MHC class II and IL-2. They probably should have written it twice. Bah.
