Ok, so was doing usmleworld and the explanation said The tD vaccine should be given every 10 years after age 18. A single TdaP booster is recommended for adults of all ages in place of the Td. Does this mean that you only need to get the TdaP once in your life after 18, or would you still need to do it every 10 years as well?

They are recommending a TdaP as a booster in adults because the TdaP didn't exist til 2005, so most adults have never received the vaccine. Everyone still needs a Td every ten years after they have received their one allotted TdaP.
