I'm a sophomore in college and so far I have about 25 hours of volunteering in college from 2 programs I did freshman year(about 12 hours in each). This year I was thinking of doing them both again. In one program if I continue I think next year I could get a leadership position. However, I found another program which also suits my interests.

Would it be better to stick with the two programs I'm doing already (or maybe just one) and get a lot of hours in them or join the other program instead?

Any ideas? Thanks

I really like both programs.

However, I also want to be realistic in terms of what adcoms would like.

Would they rather want to see:
50 hours at Program A
or 50 hours at Programs A B and C Combined?

Adcoms like it when you do things you like. They don't care how many hours you put into it.

Seriously, if you're doing this just because adcoms might like it, you shouldn't be doing it.

I think I went to a total of 11 or 12 interviews and there wasn't a single time I was ever asked how many hours I had put into anything.
