veCollect Problem?

I just signed up for an account through veCollect, but I am having trouble starting the subscription.

After creating my account I am prompted to agree to their terms of service and then click a button titled "start my subscription." I'd imagine that I am then supposed to be redirected to a page where I can make my payment through PayPal.

However, instead I am sent to PayPal and greeted with an error message that reads "The certificate has expired. Please use a valid certificate." I have already emailed help@vecollect, although I am not entirely sure I will get a response from them.

Has anybody else had this problem or know what I should do in this situation??
 
I don't use veCollect but it might take some time in their system for things to go through.
 
I had this same problem last year. Contacted veCollect and was told that it was an IT issue that they had fixed.

Didn't end up applying last year, fast forward to now, same problem.

Thanks for your input though!
 
Disregard this. Apparently we stopped using veCollect as of this year... Would have been nice if my school kept me updated on things like this haha :/
