Usually these questions require reading the whole passage, but this one doesn't.
Rainbows are formed by the reflection and refraction of white light in spherical droplets of water. So, in an attempt to disprove the existence of rainbows, I shot some water into the air but no rainbow ever appears. The answer to the question says that my theory is not testable.
Since when is an simple experiment "not testable"?
