Vet nursing scissors etc.

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Engrave them with your initials, put a piece of tape on them, paint the end with nail polish in a specific color, keep them on a key ring attached to your scrubs. I personally wouldn't spend tons on things like that since they do have a tendency to walk off, get lost, get dull, etc. A basic to middle of the line set will do just fine. The places I've worked have had clinic pairs that stayed on the catheter cart and stuff that really made having your own a luxury, not a necessity.

Hey just wondering how you personalize your veterinary scissors, hemostats, etc. I am worried about buying an expensive pair and then losing them.
Just don’t get them! Any respectable hospital will have enough lying around. They’re annoying to carry around, and they’ll walk away or not get returned.
