I was able to complete 100% of The Witcher 3 (literally every single main and side quest and map marker in the base game and DLCs) during medical school. Granted it took about 15 months of it being the only game I played, but I pulled it off lol. Seriously though, it's very possible to do well in medical school and still game heavily. Though this will sound braggadocious, literally just to show you how possible it is: I got just under 250 on Step 1, just finished likely Honoring all my clinical rotations, have been happily married since before medical school to a non-gamer, in good enough shape to lift with the ortho bois, and have 100%'d Witcher 3, played the vast majority of Dragon Age Inquisition and Fallout 4, 100%'d the new Doom, 100% undetected non-lethal runs of Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Dishonored 2, finished 7 playthroughs of Dark Souls 1, have put a huge chunk in Breath of the Wild, and played a solid amount of online shooter and sports games, all while getting at least 7 hours of sleep nightly. You can do it, you just have to git gud.
