I am planning to take the Virginia pharmacy law exam but not sure how to approach in my study. Has anybody know and taken Virigina Rx law test? Please let me know how I should study for it. I am planning to move to Virginia next year if I pass the test.
Thank you,
Catle

I suggest you to practice prempje (google it for the site). You will get the idea of what type questions are asked.

Best luck

Hi Catle,

You just need to go through the materials the board sent you. There will be no Federal Questions on the exam. Follow their blueprint, and memorize everything. The questions are really tricky though, you have to be very alert when you are taking the test. Make sure to get a good night sleep before the exam.

Good Luck🙂

Is that true, in VA pharmacy law exam, they don't ask any federal question ? cool.
I am preparing for VA law test . I want to make sure wether or not the material provided by the board is enough. Do we need to read federal law too ? the board has sent me some photocoped papers .there are 4 bundles It has pharmacy act and drug control act in one bundle. second one has regulation govering the practice of pharmacy ,third one has regulations govering prescription monitoring program and the fourth one is the blue colored booklet. Is it enough to pass the test. Do we need other materials too. Anybody who already took or who is preparing for VA law please reply.

Hi there,

As I mentioned earlier those material are enough.

PASS THE VIRGINIA PHARMACY LAW EXAM BY ALEXIS LONG

Anyone used it? I heard this exam is tricky and you got to know this stuff inside out. This book is in question and answer format and I think it should help me; but I will also reference the regulations

I used the book, ProntoPass, and the material from the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. The book and ProntoPass often contradicted themselves and I would have to look the correct answer up in the law/regulations. Still, I passed and the test wasn't that hard. I would recommend the book. It was helpful and provided more detail than ProntoPass.

PASS THE VIRGINIA PHARMACY LAW EXAM BY ALEXIS LONG is great. Every question I had on the VA law exam was addressed in this book. The only thing to remember is that it came out in 2009 so any law newer than that will need to be looked at in addition.

I will say that this test is very tricky. Read the questions very carefully as the right answer may differ from wrong answers by 1 word. I think I most of the questions I missed were because of the actual way the question was worded and not because I didn't know the information the question was testing.

I studied for this exam for 1 week using only this book and not taking any practice exams. I scored an 85, just an FYI.

[GVIDEO][/GVIDEO]I just moved here from out of state with 3 little children and will be taking this test soon. I went to school a long time ago (graduated in 90) I am reciprocating my license. I am single mom so don't have a lot of opportunities to study! Any help or insight would be much appreciated. I bought the Long book and did get the packet of laws from the Board but it seems like so much! Please help! Anybody taken it recently? Thanks you so much!

Oh, how are the questions worded? Are thet straight multiple choice or are they multiple-multiple choice (i.e., gives you a, b, c, d and then more answers that you pick from like a and b, a and c, a and d, etc. Also see that people keep saying wording is really tricky. How so? Don't understand. Thanks!

has anyone reviewed Pharmacyexam.com for Virginia FSDLE? I bought it and it looks good.

Did anyone use the flash cards on quizlet to study for the FSDLE? They seem decent but there's no way to tell for sure if theyre all correct or not...
