Virtual or In-Person Interviews for 2022-23 cycle

Short and sweet question - What have people heard regarding the state of in-person fellowship interviews for this upcoming cycle? Are in-person interviews coming back, will it be a hybrid model, or are virtual interviews the way of the future?

Feel free to post your opinion on the subject if you desire, but my question mainly revolves around what people have heard will likely be the status quo for next year. Obviously things are still in flux, so nothing concrete just yet.
