virtualeval: how long does it take to process?

My school submitted my letter packet a week ago using virtual eval. When I checked my status at several schools, it still says "Recommendation not received."

How long does it usually take for virtualeval to process the letters? Did anyone else run into similar scenarios?

It may not be on the virtualeval side. Many med schools take a while to match your letters to your secondary, so while they have gotten them, they're not marked as received yet because they haven't matched them to you yet. Just give it a little more time 😳
