hello my friends, i am in the process of my visa transfer from h1b to f1. the private loan i applied needs to be certified but the financial advisor from school said they won't do anything until Apr. it is kind of late for me to file the visa application at that time. so i wonder what kind of financial doc i should ask from the lender. i can print out the online application form which includes loan amount and "pass credit review", but i am not sure if it is enough for the immigration officer to approve my f1 visa application. anybody has the similar situation, please guide!

Just a quick question, I don't intend to hijack your thread-
Would you be applying for the transfer at the embassy in your home country? Or can this be done in the US?

The loan lender can give u a preapproved letter stating tat u r eligible for getting xyz amount of loan . As far as loan amount is enough to cover tution and living expenses u shld be good to go from financial side.

thanks! that's all i want to know. btw, i can do it in US and don't need to go back to my home country.
