visiting medical liability insurance

Hello ,
I am amedical graduate and was asked to have a proffesional liability insurance for my one month clinical rotation in USA .
Does any one have any idea about the cheapest insurance ?
Can travel insurance be accepted instead ?

I did a little research into this and came to find that Img liability is the cheapest option out there. Next is acadamicins.
