Vocal folds problem, need your opinion

Hello fine people, i hope to be singer( i love to sing) have some voice problems and i need youre opinion.

Here is my exam video taken 5 months ago in acute phase



i had great difficulities with speaking, and still now i can not use my voice normally. I can speak normall in quiet room but if i do it louder i feel uncomfortable in throath, can't sing...if i do i have uncomfortable issues after singing.

What is it, and can it be healed?
