Volunteer v. Paid Clinical Hours

Hi Y'all
I'm applying this next cycle and have a question about clinical hours. I'll be applying with about 1k clinical hours across two different positions, but they are all paid. How important are volunteer clinical hours? Should I cut back on my work hours to go find a volunteer position somewhere to get unpaid/volunteer clinical hours?
