volunteer work: non-patient vs clerical?

Does anyone know what the difference between "non-patient" and "clerical" work is? I thought they were the same thing, but this volunteer application lists them seperately.

Does anyone know what the difference between "non-patient" and "clerical" work is? I thought they were the same thing, but this volunteer application lists them seperately.

I would say non-patient are things like stocking supplies, etc. Clerical would be filing, answering phones, preparing mailings, etc.
