How do you prove that you volunteered some where? When putting it on an application do you need proof or how does that work?

When (if) you get interviewed they may want to hear about that experience in detail 😀

You do not have to list any sort of proof when applying on pharmcas, but there always is the possibility they may call the "humane society" or "hospital" or whatever to check if you actually volunteered there. Just try to be as accurate as possible with hours volunteered and everything will be fine. In my interview I brought up some of my volunteer work and they asked little more about it.
