Good GPA (3.0) and MCAT (22+) are pretty much what you need to get an interview. What locks you into almost definitely getting into that school would be things like doing really well either GPA wise [3.5] or on the MCAT [25+], research publications [golden], really good recommendation letters [from a podiatrist you've shadowed for a while and at least 2 from academic (science)] and a good interview. A good interview is typically made up of legit answers from your own experiences during your time volunteering or extracurricular activities [ex. 'Being on the tennis team could open a good reason why you became interested in podiatry or 'I knew I wanted to go into medicine b/c of [event] that I witnessed in the hospital during my time volunteering.' Etc.] Hope that helps.
