hey i just searched healthcare volunteer www.healthcarevolunteer.org for some volunteering this summer in Bolivia but couldn't find anything. But i found this trip to india for optometrists. any one else know any other sites for volunteering opportunities?
http://www.islonline.org/optical/index.html This website gives you information of a study abroad trip for those in the health professions. It does cost, but you get field experience, and spanish exposure. It is something to look into, even pre-optometry students can attend.
