If you are an AMG (your status says "Pre-Medical"), then your school provides it for any clinical rotations you do.

If you are training in a foreign medical school and attempting to do a clinical rotation in the US, then you may have some difficulty as some medical defense companies will not provide insurance for US rotations or it may be prohibitively costly. However, it has been done and I believe there are threads about it in the International forums.
