WA state MPJE

Hello Friends... I am wondering if I can get any pointers on the MPJE for Washington, I have my test scheduled for March 24th and would love to hear any pointers. I bought ProntoPass's material for the MPJE, but its so brief and I don't feel like its adequate enough to pass the MPJE. Does the MPJE focus more on federal law or state laws??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Can someone help me out with this question that is perplexing me!!! So the question reads like this: Under which of the following situations would a drug product be considered misbranded?

I. The manufacturer cannot prove the sterility of a solution labeled "Sterile Folic Acid Injection"

II. The concentration of benzocaine ointment is 2% but labeled as 5% W/W.

III. An original bottle labeled 50 tablets contains 30 tablets

The question is on pg 66 of the 6th edition. They list the answer choice as just choice III (which is obvious), but I think II is misbranded as well, what do you guys think???
