I have one more prereq class ending on June 25th. It is my Organic II class. Is it better to submit my AMCAS now to verify or wait for the final grade and transcript? The grade I am getting is most likely an A and it will look better for my GPA. What are your thoughts?

If the semester/quarter grade is strong, I would wait for the grade before submitting. A strong semester of grade especially in the pre-req (i.e. OChem) is always viewed favorably. I think the slight delay in verification is worth it.
However, if those grades don't come out by late July/early August, I would submit it without the grades so that I can still get early/on-time verification.

Personally I would wait to save yourself the trouble of sending it again if asked for it.
