If any admissions folks out there have advice for me, it would be appreciated greatly.
I am currently waitlisted at a state school and plan on reapplying early decision to this school if rejected. Early decision apps open in three days and I have yet to alter any writing on my application from this cycle. How important is changing my personal statement or activity descriptions at this point? Already scrambling to study for the mcat considering my score is now expired.
Background: I interviewed at this school last year, was put on a no further action list, and subsequently got rejected before making the actual waitlist. Followed up with the Dean who said everything was great and that I just needed to finish my post grad. Reapplied, interviewed again. I just finished my post grad with a 4.0 but didn't have my grades until three days after I was waitlisted.. they actually told me in the interview that having my final grades for the semester in time(3 days earlier ) would be a critical factor in weighing acceptance chances.
