Waitlist movement for SLU

hey guys i got waitlisted at SLU after interviewing at the end of jan, does anyone know if they have solid movement or if being waitlisted is good news from SLU or anythign on this topic! i neeeed to get in!!!! ok thanks

I heard that they have alot of movement. My sister went there and got in around May off of the waitlist. I'm sure you'll get in, cuz she interview in March and still got in. I was going to go there myself, but not sure anymore. Don't know if I can handle living in Missouri for four years. But if I do maybe I'll see you there. I might go to Rush instead, chicago sounds like a more happening town. My sis said SLU has a better rep. Anybody have any opinions on SLU vs Rush. Sorry ram didn't mean to hijack your thread.

Hey Ramoray, I think I interviewed the same day as you... I haven't heard a word from SLU yet. When did you find out you were on the waitlist? I was told I wouldn't hear about my app until the end of this month...

Hey ho, (sorry that sounds funny) ha, Um i found out yesterday in the mail, small evelope, thought i was given the boot, but it was a waitlist, i guess ill take that over nothing! Hey did we talk or somtehing or do i know you.... did we interview same day?? good luck! im sure youll hear soon.. i hate the waiting!

I think I interviewed the same day as you, too, and haven't heard anything.

I go to SLU undergrad, and I seem to remember people saying that SLU's waitlist has no movement until after May 15. If they have open spots before then, they accept more people. Then they go to the waitlist after May 15. So, it's a long wait to get off, but a lot of people do. Unless I'm mixing up schools, that is. But I'm pretty sure that it's SLU that I'm thinking of.

i interivewed in mid november. it's been a friggin 3 months and i haven't heard anything. talk about a long decision.....
