I have a question regarding ERAS scheduling system.
If I have my preferred date as available for waitlisting , and other dates are available for scheduling, what are my chances to get a spot in the waitlist dates , any experience ?
should schedule in any available date or waitlist my self on the preferred date ? :\

Only schedule yourself in an open date if you could make that work with your interview/travel schedule, even though it's not your preferred date. For my program, there is quite a bit of movement from Wait List to Confirmed List as the season progresses --couples matches don't work out, people get tired, travel gets expensive, etc. Honestly it's pretty rare for us not to end up matched with at least one person who was originally wait listed.

You could call the PC and ask how long the wait list is on your preferred date and what the likelihood is that you'd be able to move to the confirmed list based on the program's past history. That information should help you make the decision.
