Waitlisted Matriculants

I was recently accepted early for the TUCOM-NV Class of 2009 (off the 2008 waitlist), and I was wondering if anyone had some insight into the success of waitlisted candidates compared to med students that weren't waitlisted. Thanks for any advice.

There is a buddy of mine in my class that didn't get into AZCOM until late July and he is doing well. I think if you were good enough to get waitlisted you were competitive with all who matriculated.

I'd agree with brianjc. If you were waitlisted, just think of it as they ran out of seats before they got to your name. You will be very successful in your class-- good luck!
