Hey y'all,

I failed DoDMERB for a sports injury ligament repair several years ago. Current physical shape is great imo; I play sports, run, lift, hike, etc. Any advice for helping my odds besides giving all the medical records/ PT records (all of which are positive)? Would it help to get a more recent statement from the orthopod or PT since all this was 5 years ago? I understand there is only one chance for waiver review.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: figured it out

They might want a letter from your ortho. stating you're good. I assume it's a knee.
