Waiving right to View LoR

I am applying to Family Medicine residencies this coming cycle. I accidentally didn't waive my right to view 2 LoRs. I have an 2 additional letters with my right waived. How screwed am I? will this be a "red flag" on my application? Anything I can do to rectify the situation?
