You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools from your MD list:
U-Wisconsin
Medical college of wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
quinnipiac
Hackensack
Vermont
Jefferson
Virginia commonwealth
Eastern virginia
Wayne state
Wake Forest
Rush
You could add these schools:
Albany
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
George Washington
NOVA MD
TCU
Creighton
Loyola
Belmont (when it opens)
You could add MU-COM and KCU-COM to your DO list.
