Undergrad Attended: Private Top 30 in the southeast
Major: Neurosciene

Shadowing Experience: 100h with a general dentist
Volunteering Experience: 80h in ICU, 60h dental pop up clinic
Employment: On campus tutor
Research: Two research expereinces, both in Neuroscience labs
Other Extracurriculars: Co-president of culture club
Have you volunteered/shadowed/attended events at any dental schools? No
Relevant Honors or Awards: Freshman year Dean's List, Major Award
LOR type and strength: 1 from science professor, 1 from science prof and PI, 1 from PI, 1 from dentist
Misc Info/Things not stated elsewhere/Red Flags: My dental school app was kinda in a rush, I changed from being pre-med and I was not really involved at school.

When I volunteered in the ICU, I realized that I can't really handle death. So I wanted to do something that can help people but without a great risk. I didn't really emphasize that in my PS tho...

Metrics-wise you should be good. Make sure the schools on your list are truly international-friendly, especially given the current political climate. Talk to students at the schools on your list who are international, and lock down your escrow account before the interest rates go crazy. Check out the resources from the F1doctors.

I would deepen your dental experience, but you may be okay. It depends on your writing and your networking with schools. I presume being in an urban area would be important as it pertains to the culture you identify with.
