3.58 cGPA and 3.44 sGPA; 4.0 SMP (1 year & 30 BCPM Credits)
  1. 510 (129/126/129/126)
  2. Kentucky
  3. White Male
  4. mid-tier large state school
  5. 500 hours general hospital intern
  6. 700 hours spread between neuroscience and speech language pathology; 1 poster from neuroscience experience, should have a 2nd author published mid-cycle from SLP experience.
  7. 200 hours spread between EM, NRSG, and Gen Surg
  8. 200 hours spread between various activities, 100 of it is clinical.
  9. 1 gap year (to earn MS and enhance activities)
  10. Tutoring, teaching assistant, various dean's list awards during UG, one of the very few 4.0s in the SMP so I assume great LORs from professors in the program who are also faculty at the associated medical school
Which schools should I advise him to apply to? SDN worked wonders for my app and would like to pass it on to my friend. Thanks!

Where is the non-clinical community service? Be specific.
When you say you have speech-language pathology research, can you be more specific?
The non-clinical is soup kitchen, church service group (mainly house renovation for underserved), local sports group for people with disabilities.
SLP research is a retrospective study of cancer patients post radiation or surgical intervention. Primarily hands-off data analysis.
