Hello everyone. I am currently in my third year at a public university, here are my current + projected stats that I would have if applying this cycle. Do you think it is better to wait until 2026? Any thoughts & critiques are appreciated, the more brutal the better.

- Hospital volunteering: ~100 hours
- Shadowing: ~100 hours total over 3 specialties
- Worked in food service for ~1 year, able to talk about how it shaped me
- Soccer (been playing all my life, outreach committee for school club organizing pickup games, intramural soccer)
