Thank you! In general what would my chances be of getting interviews for MD, just trying to see if I should apply to DO too.

Also just for reach which top schools would be holistic, Stanford and UCSF? I’m assuming my gpa would make my app doa for most t20

UCSF is possible but not Stanford. The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a ~75% for a MD acceptance. If you have not had 3 interview invites by November then apply to DO schools also and include WESTERN and TUCOM-CA

Hopefully you are chugging away with secondary essays.

Is homeless/street medicine a strong area of interest? Refugee/immigrant medicine? Look up how medical students are involved in street/homeless medicine and/or immigrant health.

From what I have gleaned off Google searches, I know Keck has both covered. These opportunities are more common than you might expect.

Yes I have a lot of involvement with homeless/street medicine through both work/volunteering and would like to continue serving as a med student/resident! I am just about to submit primaries so I might be a bit late on secondary definintly before labor day.

1 more question, would it be more beneficial to count my clinical research coordinator position as research or clinical, so either 4k clinical-1k research or 2.5k both. My role equally involves both
