Research: just started this past semester, only 50 hours doing grunt work
Volunteering (clinical): 60 hrs at a hospital for 3.5 semesters (1-2 hrs a week), 20 hrs in a nursing home, 6 hrs for a community health outreach day
Volunteering (non-clinical): 15 hrs at a monthly soup kitchen, 150 hrs as a volunteer camp counselor at my church
Shadowing: 20 hrs physicians, 40 hrs physical therapy, 25 hrs physician assistants
Employment: 300 hrs Bio TA for past 3 semesters, 150 hrs chem TA for 2 semesters, 300 hrs camp counselor past 2 summers
Other ECs: President of 2 clubs (one pre-med, one cultural). E-board member of med/business club. Mentor for 2 underclassmen, mentee in university alumni assoc. 40 clinical hrs and 75 classroom hrs for CNA certificate
